Charles Leclerc won a dramatic qualifying on Saturday infront of Oskar Piastri and Carlos Sainz, Norris, Russel, Verstappen, Hamilton, Tsunoda, Albon and Gasly….. which was the exact order as well after Sunday´s race without any passing in the top ten…. While the race itself was a very boring parade the first start had some action: on the way to the casino Perez and Magnussen ran out of space and took Hülkenberg as well out of the race. Sainz had a flat tyre but was allowed to start again from P3 because the race was red flagged. Gasly was ran over by teammate Ocon in front of the tunnel - Ocon could not race again…While the atmosphere, number of stars and people who feel to be stars was very good and the action of the side events was very good the F1 race was the most boring one for many years. These big and long cars do not seem to fit in this classic streets of Monaco…. We look forward to much better racing in Canada for the next race in Montreal.
