Leclerc puts victory in the wall - easy win for Verstappen in France

Charles Leclerc dominated the French GP from pole position until a big mistake put him in a tire barrier and ended all hopes…. Max Verstappen drove to his 27th victory (which puts him on he same amount as Jackie Stewart who need 99 starts while Max needed 130). Surprise on the podium: the Mercedes duo Lewis and George came to celebrate with Max while Perez finished disappointed as 4th. Carlos Sainz came from the back of the grid because of engine change and managed position 5 ahead of Spaniard Alonso. Max takes a comfortable 62 point lead to Budapest for this weeks Hungarian GP. Leclerc & Ferrari hope for a good weekend before the summer break.
